What I liked about WP Optin Boxes:
Wide variety of optin methods: 2-step optins, exit popups, delayed popups, video optins, full-screen “takeovers”, optin forms, sidebar forms , optin boxes that appear only if the visitor scrolls down your page, and sticky boxes that “follow” your visitors as they scroll down.

Editable Templates: You can choose from a wide variety of professional-looking templates. You can also edit them, and it’s really easy to do so.
Works with many email providers: Aweber, GetResponse, MailChimp, Infusion Soft, FeedBurner, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, iContact, GoToWebinar etc. You can also use custom HTML forms from your email service provider.
Mobile Responsive: The optin forms, popups, etc will automatically change to look nice on any mobile device and screen resolution. This is very important, because more and more people browse and BUY online with their iPhones and smartphones.
WordPress multi-site compatible: If you are using WordPress multi-site or my WP Empire Builder plugin, WP Optin Boxes will work with your set-up.
Conversion tracking: You can see how many times your visitors have seen an optin form, as well as how many of them gave you their email address. That way, you’ll know how well that optin form is working.
Post / Page / Category Targeting: You can choose where to show an optin form -in your posts, pages, or category pages. You can also choose to show it “nowhere” and just add a shortcode on those specific posts and pages you want to add the optin form to.
Very reasonably priced: WP Optin Boxes has features like those found in Leadboxes by Leadpages, or in Optin Monster. But, instead of paying $149+ per year, you can have them all for a one-time fee of less than $20
